• * Since flowers are perishable in nature, attempt to deliver at the recipient address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• The chosen delivery date is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the delivery destination.
• Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
• * Substitution Policy : Occasionally, substitution of flowers/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced flowers/design will be of similar value.
• * Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be available.
